We are currently expanding our team responsible for monitoring, developing, and supporting our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with production, R&D, and the materials laboratory.

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Material Technology department in Karlskrona. We seek a candidate with strong communication skills, an interest in production technology, and the ability to help us further develop our manufacturing of high-voltage cables. Our team works to "Optimize production processes through increased quality, higher manufacturing speed, and reduced production downtime."

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring production, including the analysis and processing of process data.
• Proposing improvements and changes, and following up on these initiatives.
• Providing support in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Supporting R&D and production technology during changes and investments.

We are looking for someone who is creative, communicates well with all types of people, is detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. You thrive in both a production environment and a more academic setting. In this role, you take significant responsibility for your own tasks and are proactive.

Qualifications:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
• You have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge or experience with calculation or simulation tools, materials science, statistics, or programming.
