Your responsibilities

As a construction worker/site worker with us, you will work on varied projects depending on your experience, competence, and profile. The tasks may include everything from site and foundation work to water and sewerage (VA) work, pipe laying, excavation, backfilling, as well as fine grading and other common construction works on construction sites. You will also be involved in preparing work areas, handling materials, coordinating with machine operators, and ensuring that the work is carried out according to drawings, schedules, and current quality and safety requirements. The work is performed both independently and in a team together with other skilled workers, where you are expected to be involved, take responsibility, and contribute to an efficient and safe workflow on the site.

Tasks (examples):

• Site and construction work
• Excavation, grading, and backfilling
• Pipe laying and VA work (requirement: documented experience)
• Preliminary and concluding work in projects
• Reading drawings and working according to instructions (requirement)
• Handling lasers
• Daytime work

Your profile

We are looking for people who have experience in site and construction work and who enjoy working in a practical and physical work environment. Experience with VA (water and sewerage) work is important. We would like you to have good physical fitness and enjoy active outdoor work in varying environments. The right attitude and a positive mindset are very important, as the work often involves collaboration, problem-solving, and a high pace. You need to be able to work both independently and in a team, as well as be responsible, careful, and contribute to the work being carried out in a safe and efficient manner. Good communication skills in Swedish are a requirement, as the work involves daily contact with colleagues, supervisors, and other professional groups on the site. A valid B-class driver's license is a requirement.
