Do you want to take overall responsibility for how video meetings work for thousands of users in a socially vital operation? We are now looking for a Lead for the region's video meeting services who wants to lead the development and management of our digital meeting solutions. In this role, you have overall responsibility for the region's video meeting services – from strategy and management to development and user support. You ensure that the services are stable, secure, user-friendly, and meet the needs of the operations, both today and in the future. This applies to both the video meeting service via PC and meeting rooms.

You act as the hub between IT, operations, suppliers, and users, and have clear ownership of the service's lifecycle.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in service management, system administration, or product ownership within IT, and who has worked with video meeting services, collaboration platforms, or digital communication. You are accustomed to taking overall responsibility and driving development over time, while having a good understanding of IT operations, integrations, and information security. The role requires that you thrive in the collaboration between technology and operations, where you naturally build relationships and create progress together with others.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to see the big picture, prioritize, and translate needs into concrete improvements. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have experience working with ITIL processes from the public sector or larger organizations, as well as knowledge of management models such as PM3. Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or similar is seen as a natural part of your background.
