Do you want to make a difference in someone's daily life? We are now looking for a reliable and responsible personal assistant for a male client for a maternity leave cover position – as well as extra shifts as needed.

👤 About the role

You will support the client in daily routines and contribute to a meaningful everyday life through activities and engagement. The work involves both independent responsibility and teamwork. Awake night shifts are included in the position.

Salary

Hourly wage agreed upon. Collective agreement in accordance with Fremia & Kommunal's agreement for personal assistance. As an employee, you are covered by pension insurance, accident insurance, group life insurance, group health insurance, and parental benefit supplement.

Recruitment Process

We contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at Storsjöbygdens Personliga Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, legal guardian, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

This means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.

Terms of Employment

If you proceed in the recruitment process, you must be able to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you are required to have a BankID.

To ensure high quality in assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (approx. 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than one month from the start date.
