About the Role

Our wonderful team in Umeå is now looking for the next star!

Do you have a passion for service, are solution-oriented, and enjoy varied work?

Then this position with us might be for you!

As a Service Technician at Rentokil, you work to deliver our service offering and proactively develop our customers' businesses. We are now looking for you as a Service Technician within our business areas of pest control and environment.

A few of your most specific tasks with us will involve helping our customers with needs analysis and action planning. This is in addition to delivering our service offering within pest control and environment, where you will visit a broad spectrum of customers, from insurance policyholders to businesses.

We are looking for you who enjoy delivering world-class service and who has the customer's needs in focus. Your work with us usually takes place independently, which places high demands on your initiative, responsibility, and communication skills, both internally and externally.

The majority of our operations normally take place during daytime, on weekdays. The position is a permanent employment.

Requirements

As we are a service company with the customer in focus, we place great emphasis on you being service-oriented, communicative, and solution-oriented. It is important that you are good at both building and maintaining good customer relationships.

You work independently and should feel comfortable with the Swedish language as well as have knowledge of English. You are a regular user of the Google/Microsoft Office suite and a smartphone in your daily life.

Requirements:

• You are communicative – a good and clear communicator who has a talent for creating and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Service-minded – you deliver good service to the customer and see action proposals and business development as a natural part of your work.
• You are receptive and meticulous in your delivery, and are forward-looking regarding the customer's needs.
• Given the freedom in our work, it is important to have responsibility, quality, and ownership.
• A B-class driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

Merits:

• Practical background in, for example, craftsmanship and/or experience from service trades.
• Hunter's certificate.
