We are looking for a Team Leader in Facility Cleaning

About the role

As a Team Leader in facility cleaning, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work within our cleaning assignments. You act as a key link between employees, customers, and management, ensuring that the work is performed according to agreed quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and motivate the facility cleaning team.
• Plan and distribute tasks.
• Introduce and train new employees.
• Ensure high quality and follow up on completed assignments.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and handle any deviations.
• Participate in operational cleaning work when needed.
• Responsible for ordering and handling cleaning materials.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in facility cleaning and preferably in a leadership role.
• Is a confident and engaged leader who fosters good team spirit.
• Has strong organizational skills and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Is service-oriented and has a professional manner.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (meritorious or required depending on the operation).
