Team Leader/Janitor Wanted for Cleaning Company in Umeå

TM Rent AB is an established cleaning company in Umeå with over 20 years of industry experience. We always put the customer first and are proud to deliver professional service with high quality and attention to detail.

We are now looking for an engaged team leader who wants to help develop and drive our daily operations forward together with the rest of the team.

The position is full-time but split 50% team leadership and 50% cleaning duties, as there are two team leaders. This means you will be on-site at customer locations cleaning for approximately 4 hours per day.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in cleaning, preferably with experience in team leadership and customer contact.
• Good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• A valid B-class driver's license.
• It is an advantage if you have SRY certification and/or other relevant education.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on daily work.
• Scheduling, handling absence, and staffing.
• Lead, support, and develop the cleaning team.
• Introduce and train new employees.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact and handle deviations.
• Participate in operational cleaning on-site at customer locations when required.
