About the assignment

Babysitting is requested during a wedding on August 8, 2026, between approx. 16:30-23:00. The children are 6 and 4 years old. The eldest son has autism; experience with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF) is an advantage.

Since babysitting is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, e.g., studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we ask that you have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record check).
