We are looking for a secure, independent, and highly discreet person who can help our family make daily life run smoothly. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy structure, service, and creating calm in an active family life.

The family consists of two adults and three children living at home, as well as two older children who no longer live at home. We have a social life with a large family, many friends, and often people around us. It is important to us that our home always feels welcoming, harmonious, and well-maintained.

The role in short

This is primarily a practical and operational role where the majority of the time consists of keeping the home in order and ensuring daily life flows smoothly. The focus is on cleaning, laundry, organizing, dishes, cooking, meal planning, and family logistics.

The work takes place largely when the family is not at home.

We are looking for someone who

• Is highly organized and independent. You should be confident working alone and naturally take responsibility for organizing and ensuring everything works without needing detailed supervision.

• Enjoys household work and creating harmonious homes

• Is skilled in the kitchen and enjoys cooking

• Is comfortable with children and can create structure in daily life

• Has a driver's license and a car

Scope of the position

The position is approximately 30% and suits someone looking for a long-term and flexible part-time role.

Working hours

The work takes place primarily during the day on weekdays. Some flexibility is important as work may occasionally occur in the evenings, on weekends, or on occasional nights depending on the family's needs, travel, or activities.

Discretion and trust are crucial in this role. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of integrity, can handle private information with the utmost respect, and views the role long-term.
