About the assignment

A family needs help for a one-time event on August 8th. The family needs assistance approximately from 16:30 to 23:00/00:00. They have two children aged 6 and 4. NOTE! The eldest son has autism and therefore has some speech difficulties; experience in this area is advantageous.

Since babysitting is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or part-time work. To ensure a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record).
