About the assignment

A family with a 15-month-old child is looking for a backup nanny for their current nanny during the summer and into the autumn. The childcare is once a week and can vary between Monday and Sunday. The family is flexible with the times for the shifts.

Since being a nanny is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and for the relationship to be long-term, we would like you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.

Upon employment as a nanny with us, we request a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record).
