Following the merger with IBS in the north, our Industrial Cleaning business area is currently expanding, which means you now have the opportunity to join us on this journey!

About the Role

As a Service Worker, you will be part of a team that cleans, sanitizes, and performs other maintenance tasks. These roles require a high degree of responsibility and physical effort, as you will be working on-site with our industrial clients to ensure their facilities and environments are functional and accessible for both maintenance and production. Welding and mechanical repairs may also be part of the work. You will bring equipment to the field and have a unique opportunity to get to know the leading industries in the region. You will experience everything from paper mills, sawmills, steel production, smelters, and other manufacturing industries.

As a person, it is important that you have the right attitude and mindset, and that you appreciate working with physically demanding tasks. This job is not for those who want to sit still. We offer a genuine and friendly team with great cohesion and a varied, challenging daily routine.

Responsibilities

Examples of tasks include cleaning, property-related services, clearing and cleaning work in connection with machinery installation, as well as other sanitation, installation, and mechanical work for the industry. The tasks vary depending on the season and the specific industry involved. Work at heights and in confined spaces may occur.

Qualifications and Skills

As a Service Worker, you need to appreciate working in a fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit. Since most of the work is carried out on-site with our industrial clients, you will be our face to the outside world. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your ability to take responsibility and provide a friendly reception. Enerco prioritizes the health of you and your colleagues, and we actively work to maintain a good and safe working environment, so you need to share these values. We are looking for someone in good physical condition, who is positive and enjoys varied work.

Requirement: Valid Driver's License Category B.

Meritorious is if you have experience within the heavy basic industry as well as previous experience in sanitation, mechanics, or other maintenance work.

We are in need of both permanent and fixed-term employees. The position will be filled on an ongoing basis.
