About Spektrumkliniken

We are a small, dedicated team consisting of licensed psychologists with broad clinical experience from primary care, specialist psychiatry, research, and digital healthcare development. About the Role

As a psychologist at Spektrumkliniken, you will primarily work within the framework of the Specialist Psychiatric Psychotherapy Choice (Vårdvalet) in Region Östergötland.

As our first employed psychologist in Linköping, you will play a key role in establishing the local operations together with colleagues. We are therefore looking for you who appreciate both clinical work and the opportunity to influence how the clinic of the future will look.

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed psychologist with at least two (2) years of clinical experience as a licensed practitioner within the last five (5) years.
• You have a genuine interest in people's mental health and development.
• You work independently and systematically, while thriving in collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• You want to contribute to developing a high-ambition operation where both internal well-being and the patient's best interests are in focus.

Merits:

• Experience of clinical work within specialist psychiatry.
• Education/experience in treatment with CBT, Metacognitive Therapy, ISTDP.
• Education/experience in EMDR, PE, or other evidence-based treatment methods for PTSD.
• Experience in coordination responsibilities, organizational, or operational development.
• Experience in neuropsychiatric assessments.
