Administrator / Police Assistant – Hässleholm

As an administrator at Support/Service in Hässleholm, you are part of the local police district's service office, where eight employees currently work together to serve the public. The Hässleholm police station is centrally located with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will primarily work with case registration and measures related to qualitative evidence preservation. Training is conducted internally and consists of combined theory and practice. Other tasks are assigned based on competence and previous experience. Below are examples of tasks currently performed within the group and which may be relevant for this position:
- Handling of seized items
- Responding to incoming correspondence
- Handling of weapons and ammunition in connection with submission and transport
- Supporting administrative office work
- Serving documents/handover
QUALIFICATIONS
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- Swedish upper secondary school diploma
- At least two years of continuous full-time work experience that the employer deems relevant
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Category B driver's license
The following qualifications are meritorious:
- Experience with case registration and police interrogation methodology
- Police degree according to the Police Ordinance (2014:1105) on training for police officers
- Other specialist competence in, for example, seizure or investigation activities
- Experience in exercising public authority
