Haraldssons Tunga Fordon AB is a family-owned company driven by customer benefit, with an organization where everyone helps each other. We operate a workshop and sales of Mercedes-Benz trucks, superstructures, Komatsu construction machinery, Deutz-Fahr tractors with associated implements, as well as tires for heavy vehicles.

At our company, the parts specialist plays a central role where many balls are in the air. We are therefore looking for you with an extra strong drive who ensures that tasks are carried out fully and actively works to exceed customer expectations.

Key parts of your area of responsibility include:

• Meeting external and internal customers at the counter and by phone.
• Ordering spare parts within agreed timeframes.
• Continuously following up on orders and providing feedback to the customer.
• Regularly replenishing and updating the inventory.
• Handling complaints and returns.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in similar work. Good computer literacy is required as the work in many areas requires system understanding. Experience with heavy vehicles is desirable. A category B driver's license is a requirement; having a forklift license is an advantage. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value cooperation with your colleagues. As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, orderly, self-initiating, and treat both internal and external customers in a professional and pleasant manner. You contribute with a good mood and have high work ethics.
