Care Assistants for Home Care Services – Daytime Monday–Friday.
Workplace: Söderort Väst (Axelsberg, Hägersten)
Working hours: 07:00–16:00
Hemstyrkan is now looking for care assistants who want to be part of a company that values well-being and quality for both employees and customers.
Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care providers in Stockholm. Today, we provide home care services around the clock in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm. Our four operational areas are located in:
We have a collective agreement. Our main focus is to create a well-functioning staff group with good scheduling, present leadership, and high job satisfaction. We believe that when employees are happy, this positivity spreads to our customers, creating quality in the elderly care we deliver.
At Hemstyrkan, we offer a workplace where employee well-being and professional development are at the center. We work in small teams with present and accessible managers, and we do not use shared shifts. For those seeking a stable work situation, there is an opportunity to work Monday to Friday, both during the day and evening.
We have clear trust in our employees' competence and ability. Personal responsibility and influence are important parts of our operations. We work with a well-functioning key worker system where you, as a care assistant, are the fixed contact person. This means you are responsible for "your" customers on the days you work. Every day and every meeting is different, requiring flexibility and professionalism, but also offering good opportunities to influence your work and create quality for the customer.
Hemstyrkan is characterized by present and flat leadership. Each unit has both a team leader and a manager on site, with good knowledge of customers, relatives, and the needs of the operation. We work together with the staff, are involved in daily life, and provide support when needed to ensure a safe and functioning operation.
As an employee, you will also have access to a wellness allowance, which is part of our long-term focus on a sustainable working environment and healthy, secure employees.
We are now looking for care assistants who want to contribute to our customers being able to stay in their homes with security, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach.
The role involves performing care and service tasks in the customer's home, as well as being responsible for the key worker system, which means creating continuity and following up on the customer's needs. You may also participate in care planning.
Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we have high demands for accuracy, structure, and compliance with current regulations.
We are also looking for employees for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates 365 days a year.
As a care assistant with us, you work to enable our customers to stay in their homes with security, dignity, and quality. Your work should be permeated by care, professionalism, and presence.
We are looking for you who are a care assistant and have a professional attitude towards the profession and the meeting with the customer. The following requirements are necessary for the position:
Experience from home care or similar operations is meritorious but not a requirement.
If you want to work in a company where employees are prioritized, where management is close to the operations, and where you get the opportunity to truly contribute to the quality of life for those we help, then Hemstyrkan might be the right workplace for you.
