Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for experienced carpenters with professional certificates for our client in Höglandet. The position is suitable for you who have several years of experience from the construction industry and are confident in both traditional carpentry work and concrete work. In the role, you will work with varying construction projects where the tasks range from formwork and pouring to assembly, construction, and adaptation of various structures. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and site management. We are looking for someone who is proud of their profession, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You have a structured approach to work and always prioritize safety. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and communicating with different people at the workplace. Tasks:

• Carpentry work in new production and renovation
• Formwork and concrete work
• Pouring and post-processing of concrete structures
• Assembly and adaptation of building components
• Reading drawings and working according to project requirements
• Collaboration with colleagues, site management, and other professional groups

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are trained as a carpenter and have a professional certificate or equivalent experience from the construction industry. You have worked with varying construction projects and feel confident in the role of a carpenter. Experience with concrete work, formwork, and pouring is an advantage. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious. You have a structured work approach and understand the importance of delivering well-executed work with safety and quality in focus. You are used to taking own responsibility, solving problems on site, and contributing to projects being driven forward in an efficient manner. We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, site management, and other professional groups on the construction site. At the same time, you have the ability to work independently and take own initiatives when the situation requires it. For the position, it is required that you master Swedish in speech and writing to be able to understand drawings, work descriptions, safety regulations, and other instructions. A B-driver's license is required as travel to different workplaces may occur. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is engaged, proud of their profession, and wants to contribute to good collaboration at the workplace.
