Job Description

As a VA (Water and Sewer) Project Engineer/Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of our future VA projects, both on the pipe network and our technical facilities.

As a VA Project Engineer/Project Manager, you will independently and in various forms of collaboration:

• Design and develop VA systems including pipe networks, treatment plants, waterworks, and pump stations
• Participate from the early project phase to completed construction documents and procurement materials
• Evaluate and ensure that the choice of technical solutions meets current standards, requirements, and guidelines
• Calculate project budgets
• Plan and follow up on projects
• Lead projects, ensure quality, and document VA projects
• Act as the Construction Work Environment Coordinator for design (BAS-P)

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education equivalent to a Master of Science in Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Several years of practical work experience as a project manager and/or project engineer within the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Good computer skills and good knowledge of design programs and CAD tools.
• Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Communication skills and technical competence.
• Knowledge of VA standards, materials, and regulations such as AMA-anläggning.
• Experience from municipal water supply, modeling, construction and infrastructure projects, tendering according to LUF, and contract law.
• Category B driver's license.
