Focus in your role

As a Project Engineer, you follow the project from idea to completed building and work closely with others in the project group. You help create structure, drive issues forward, and ensure that details and the overall picture fit together.

You will primarily work with:

• procurement and material selection
• scheduling coordination together with the project group
• documentation, contract writing, and follow-up
• contact with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• support in project planning and execution
• A-phase design (conceptual design)
• cost estimation

The role involves many contact points, variation in daily tasks, and the opportunity to follow the entire journey from start to finish.

What we are looking for

We believe you have a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience within construction. However, most important is who you are as a person and how you approach the role.

You can be at the beginning of your career or have several years of experience – we value the right attitude and willingness to develop. At the same time, we expect you to have basic competence in the construction process and understand the importance of quality, structure, and follow-up. Experience with tools such as BIM, Revit, or similar is a plus.
