We are currently looking for a traveling site supervisor for our client in the construction industry, who specializes in larger properties within logistics and industrial sectors. You thrive working close to production and being a key figure in the daily work on the construction site, as in this role you become an important link between production, the site manager, and other project stakeholders. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on work on-site, always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Together with an engaged team, you drive the project forward – from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production in close dialogue with the site manager and team.
• Ensure that deliveries and works follow the schedule, contracts, and set goals.
• Identify and handle deviations, and follow up on ÄTA (Safety, Environment, and Quality) work.
• Conduct regular safety rounds and ensure that workplace safety regulations are followed.
• Document and communicate project information in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision.
• Ability to live away from home during the week.
• Proficient in reading drawings, handling technical documentation, and working according to contracts.
• Have a good sense of structure and planning, and thrive juggling multiple tasks.
• Are a confident leader with the ability to motivate the team and create good team spirit.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license and have access to your own car.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
