Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for experienced carpenters with professional certification for our client in Höglandet. This position is ideal for you if you have several years of experience in the construction industry and are confident in both traditional carpentry work and concrete work. In this role, you will work on varied construction projects where tasks range from formwork and pouring to assembly, construction, and adaptation of various structures. The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and site management. We are looking for someone who is proud of their craft, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You have a structured approach to work and always prioritize safety. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and communicating with different people on the job site. Responsibilities:

• Carpentry work in new construction and renovation
• Formwork and concrete work
• Pouring and finishing of concrete structures
• Assembly and adaptation of building components
• Reading drawings and working according to project requirements
• Collaboration with colleagues, site management, and other trades

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a trained carpenter and have professional certification or equivalent experience from the construction industry. You have worked on varied construction projects and feel confident in the role of a carpenter. Experience with concrete work, formwork, and pouring is a plus. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious. You have a structured way of working and understand the importance of delivering well-executed work with safety and quality in focus. You are used to taking personal responsibility, solving problems on site, and contributing to driving projects forward efficiently. We are looking for a team player who thrives in collaboration with colleagues, site management, and other trades on the construction site. At the same time, you have the ability to work independently and take initiative when the situation demands it. For this position, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to understand drawings, work descriptions, safety regulations, and other instructions. A B-class driver's license is required as travel to different work sites may occur. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is engaged, proud of their craft, and wants to contribute to good collaboration at the workplace.
