Description

We need more summer substitutes who can work daytime hours in home care. Weekend work is included.

As a municipality, we aim to help residents with high-quality elderly care. We are proud of our mission and are committed to the individuals in our operations so that they feel safe and satisfied.

We need substitutes primarily during July and August, both part-time and full-time. Selection and interviews will take place on a rolling basis.

Your Role

You will work with traditional care and support work in home care. Each workday, you will receive a schedule clearly indicating who you are to visit and what tasks you are to perform. Together with your colleagues, good care will be provided and maintained based on the individual's needs and wishes.

You take responsibility for your tasks and collaborate with colleagues and the employer with a good attitude. Together with the surroundings, good care will be maintained and provided with consideration for normal aging. You can expect everyone to contribute to a good work environment.

Qualifications

We value if you have some care training, but it is not mandatory.

Communicating and working according to people's different needs and conditions is an important part of the role with us. Therefore, you must be able to read, write, and understand Swedish well.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

A driver's license for a car is required.
