Our Operations

Indomi has been active since 2016 and operates several businesses within the healthcare sector, such as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP), psychiatry, health care, foster home care, supported living, and residential care homes. We are now looking for a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist for Northern Dalarna, where we currently have a branch in Orsa and will open another branch in Mora this autumn 2026. The main clinic is located in Borlänge. We work on behalf of the Region of Dalarna and receive children and adolescents for assessment, treatment, and investigation in specialized psychiatric outpatient care. At the clinic, specialists, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, and secretaries work under the motto "With heart for the children – with focus on quality and interaction, with the individual at the center".

We are now looking for a therapist focused on psychological treatment work to join our team in Northern Dalarna, who together with us wants to contribute to the continued development of the clinic's treatment work.

About the role – main responsibilities

In the role of a therapist with a psychotherapeutic focus, you work with treatment interventions within the framework of child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient care, in close collaboration with other professions in the team.

Psychotherapeutic treatment:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with children and adolescents.
  • Work with parent sessions and family sessions as an integrated part of the treatment.
  • Adapt treatment plans based on the patient's needs, maturity, and issues.

Assessment and treatment planning:

  • Participate in assessing care needs and formulating treatment plans.
  • Follow up and evaluate ongoing treatment in consultation with the team.
  • Contribute psychotherapeutic competence in team conferences and treatment discussions.

Group therapy:

  • Plan and conduct group-based interventions for children, adolescents, and/or parents, based on the organization's needs and your competence.

Collaboration and networking:

  • Participate in SIP meetings (Coordinated Individual Plan).
  • Collaborate with guardians and external actors such as schools, social services, and other healthcare providers.

Documentation:

  • Be responsible for correct and structured medical record keeping according to the Health and Medical Services Act and current guidelines.

Development work:

  • Contribute to the development of the clinic's treatment offerings.
  • Participate in the implementation and further development of evidence-based treatment methods and approaches.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist.

Meritorious: Experience of working with children and adolescents within psychiatry or related operations.

You have a strong commitment to the mental health of children and young people and want to contribute to accessible, professional, and high-quality child and adolescent psychiatry. You work in a structured, independent manner with a clear patient focus, while valuing and contributing to interdisciplinary collaboration.

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work. Personal suitability is of great importance.
