About the role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a retail assistant for a full-time position in Gothenburg. This is a role for you who want to work in a customer-facing environment where service, engagement, and variety are part of everyday life.

You will become part of a team where collaboration and a positive attitude are important, and where you will have the opportunity to contribute to an inspiring store environment.

Responsibilities

The tasks may vary, but include for example:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the store
• Working with picking and restocking goods
• Handling cash register and payments
• Ensuring the store is well-organized and attractive
• Contributing to good customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Supporting colleagues in daily work

Qualifications

Previous experience is not a requirement – we value your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to develop.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in retail or service
• Cash register experience
• Experience in sales and customer contact
• Experience in warehouse or goods handling
