As a Transport Planner, you will have the opportunity to take on a developing and exciting role where your main responsibility is to plan customer transports. The role involves responsibility for planning daily operational activities with a focus on maximum efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will be responsible for load planning in collaboration with carriers, ensuring efficient loading, service, economics, and quality. You will also handle complaints and cargo requests. You will have numerous contact points both internally and externally, with overall responsibility for specific customers, where high demands are placed on good service and quality.

We are looking for you who have previous experience from the transport industry. We also prefer that you have relevant education within logistics or other experience considered equivalent. If you have previous experience in planning transports, experience as a driver, or have worked in customer service in any capacity, we consider this an advantage. Furthermore, you should have good computer and system skills, as you will be working in several systems in this role. For this position, you must also speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
