Bravida Security offers total solutions within technical security. From design to installation and service of locks, alarms, access control systems, and video surveillance. We are a technology-driven team with a strong local presence, delivering security solutions for property owners, companies, and the public sector in southern Sweden, based in Jönköping. We are now expanding the team with an additional Security Technician to strengthen our presence at our customers' sites.

In the role of Security Technician, you will have an independent and flexible job where you are responsible for ensuring your assignments are carried out in a high-quality and correct manner. While performing tasks within our area of expertise, you also play a key role in creating, maintaining, and developing relationships with both customers and partners. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• System setup, programming, integration, assembly, cabling, and commissioning of security systems
• Troubleshooting, repair, and some maintenance service
• Leading UE on-site and documenting in our support systems
• Conduct risk assessments and self-controls according to our standards
• Daily reporting of time, materials, and work orders, as well as feedback to the customer and management
• Identify improvements and promote upselling
• Contribute to and participate in the department's development

You, who are applying for the role, have relevant work experience within security, electrical, telecommunications, or similar fields. You have a technical interest that makes you curious but also fearless when facing various technical questions and challenges, and you are not afraid of practical tasks such as cabling and assembly. As a person, you are responsible, quality-conscious, resilient, and collaborative. You are receptive, engaged, and results-oriented. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have excellent documentation skills. You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have a positive attitude towards business travel, which may include overnight hotel stays.

A category B driver's license is required, and experience with locks, burglary alarms, access control systems, and the VMS software Milestone is considered a merit.

You report to the Service Manager and belong to the office in Jönköping, but most of your time is spent out at customer sites.

We assume that you have no remarks in the criminal record register, as our customers include, among others, the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, and the Police. A security clearance and background check will be conducted prior to employment.
