Do you want to develop in a role where collaboration, responsibility, and problem-solving are at the forefront? At the Goods and Transport Section, you will have a varied job in an important operation that supports both the garrison's daily operations and the Swedish Armed Forces' missions.
About the unit and the position
The Goods and Transport Section is responsible for the receipt, handling, and distribution of materiel and supplies within the garrison. The work involves duty at the goods receiving area as well as support for operations within, among others, the battery workshop, fuel facility, and environmental station.
The position is practical and varied, including tasks such as unloading deliveries, handling incoming and outgoing goods, transport, and warehousing. The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with other functions within the section.
Main responsibilities
- Report materiel and supplies in the Swedish Armed Forces' reporting system
- Receive incoming goods and finalize outgoing goods
- Maintain warehouse structure and perform warehouse care
- Support garrison units with transport, handling equipment, and fuel
- Book and coordinate transport orders
- Maintain contact with internal customers and external actors
- Handle hazardous waste, fuel, and lubricants
Requirements
- Three-year upper secondary education or equivalent competence assessed by the employer
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar operations
- Forklift license
- Driver's license category C
- Wheel loader license C2
Merits
- Previous experience working within the Swedish Armed Forces
- Knowledge of PRIO/SAP/LIFT
- ADR training

The regiment recruits and trains officers and soldiers for engineer units with special competence to perform qualified field work for national and international tasks.
