Job Description
Do you have experience in warehouse or logistics work and are familiar with working in warehouse management systems? Do you also have a forklift license and driving experience, enjoy working at a fast pace, take initiative, and are flexible with shift work? Then this might be the job for you!

About the Role
In the role of Warehouse and Logistics Associate at AGES in Hörle, you act as a flexible resource throughout the entire logistics chain. The main goal of the position is to ensure that materials and finished products move smoothly through the factory – from incoming raw materials to the delivery of finished components.

The position is designed as a mobile role. This means an obligation to change tasks or stations within the logistics and warehouse area with short notice, based on needs and management priorities.

You are part of a team where we work together and support each other when needed. The role is a mix of both operational and administrative work, making it varied and developmental.

Responsibilities

• Goods receiving and inspection
• Material supply and kitting
• Order picking and packing
• Dispatches
• Participate in inventory and contribute to order and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Work administratively with planning and follow-up of logistics flows

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
• Previous experience from logistics and warehouse work
• Experience with warehouse management systems. Familiarity with Monitor G5 is a big plus.
• Valid forklift license with categories A1-A4 and B1-B3 (required for the role). Having additional categories for wheel loaders (C2) and four-way trucks (B6) is highly meritorious.
• Category B driver's license is required.
