Your Responsibilities
In the role of Transport Planner, you are a key person in planning and route-optimizing transports for your geography, covering both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. You ensure that resources are used efficiently and make ongoing capacity assessments when conditions change rapidly. You play an important role with many different contact channels, both internally and externally. The role also includes other administrative tasks as you will support and be involved in several different parts of the business, for example:
- Act as backup for our customer service
- Handle incoming customer orders
- Follow-up and confirmation of completed orders and documentation
- Administer discrepancies in incoming deliveries
- Some weighing administration and order receiving
- Archiving and inventory
Good to know
- Fixed-term employment starting in mid-August until the turn of the year. There is a possibility of extension thereafter.

- Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:00–16:00 with flexible hours

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a humble team player with a drive to support and facilitate operations. You contribute a holistic view and structure to the group, while being flexible and adapting your work to the needs of the business. Your communication skills and willingness to collaborate, combined with being structured and clear, make you an important link in the team and contribute to a positive work climate.
To be considered for the position, we see that you have fluent Swedish skills and basic English skills, both spoken and written. You hold a B-class driver’s license and have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have previous experience from transport planning within the waste and transport industry, preferably within the environmental and recycling sector.
