Are you interested in working for a larger corporation where we have managed to maintain a family feel, where employee feedback and opinions are vital to the company's development? Where there is a strong sense of community and it is second nature to step up and help each other, contributing to a clear sense of professional and corporate pride.

In addition, we offer secure employment in a stable family-owned group with a generous wellness allowance and a good health insurance plan, which are further benefits.

Scanvaegt System AB is expanding and is now looking for a structured and service-oriented Service Coordinator to join our service center in Jönköping.

In your role as Service Coordinator, you will support the rest of the service organization. You will coordinate, distribute, and plan service assignments for the company's service technicians.

The role involves daily contact with customers and active dialogue with our service technicians to ensure we meet customer expectations.

An important task is to plan customer assignments so that travel and logistics for our technicians are optimized. You can compare it to a transport leader, but with our service vans and service assignments being coordinated.

You, the applicant, have a secondary education or equivalent, a technical understanding, and a few years of experience in similar tasks. Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, are required. Experience from business systems is a plus.

We place great importance on your personal qualities! You are positive, service-oriented, and have an open mind for learning new things and taking initiative. You are structured, social, have a business mindset, and are good at communicating. Additionally, you are unpretentious and used to jumping in where needed.

You are someone who finds it easy to collaborate with other colleagues and contributes to a positive work climate. You take responsibility for your tasks and ensure independently that they are carried out in a careful and efficient manner.
