We are now looking for a driven Traffic Controller for the Logistics business area and the LTL (Less-than-Truckload) unit.

You, us, and the job

As a Traffic Controller within our LTL goods division, you are responsible for directing traffic and goods flows on a daily basis based on our customers' bookings, in close collaboration with drivers and transport companies. You plan operations, ensure resources, and work proactively to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction. You report to the Traffic Manager.

What you will do

• Plan and direct daily traffic based on customer needs and bookings.
• Ensure resources to deliver stable quality.
• Maintain ongoing contact with transport companies and customers, focusing on results, environment, and quality.
• Provide support to the Traffic Manager and colleagues in daily operations.
• Suggest improvements in production to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in projects and the implementation of new business areas.
• Approve ad hoc traffic purchases on commercial grounds.

What you bring with you

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience from a similar role within the transport industry.
• Experience working as a traffic controller is an advantage.
• Good administrative skills, system proficiency, and knowledge of the Office package.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with customs and transport outside the EU is an advantage.
