We are now looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader for our client's warehouse operations in Torsvik. In this assignment, you will become a key person in the daily work and contribute to structure, efficiency, and a strong team spirit.
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the warehouse operations. You are an present leader who supports the team in achieving set goals and ensures that the work is performed efficiently, safely, and with high quality. The role is partly operational, which means that you yourself work out in the operations and are part of the daily warehouse work.
Your tasks include among other things:
- Lead and distribute the daily work
- Coach and motivate employees on both individual and group levels
- Ensure that workflows are optimized and efficient, with a focus on picking targets and performance
- Follow up on results and work actively with improvements
- Handle sick leave cases and have ongoing dialogue with the consulting manager
- Actively participate in the daily work with picking, packing, and forklift driving
The position is full-time and is expected to start in September or as agreed. Working hours are varying and scheduled Monday–Friday.
This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and perform the work for our client.

You are motivated by seeing others develop and have the ability to create engagement in the group, while having a clear focus on results and efficiency.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have experience of warehouse and logistics work
- Have an interest in leadership and developing others
- Are structured, solution-oriented, and have good prioritization skills
- Have good communication skills and can create trust in the team
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and goals
- Have good system familiarity, preferably experience with personnel systems such as Quinyx
It is meritorious if you have previously held a leading role, such as Team Leader or with personnel responsibility, but we also welcome you who are ready to take the leap and grow into a leadership role.
For this role, you need to have a forklift license A+B and good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing, as all communication, instructions, and safety routines are conducted in Swedish.
