About the role

We are now looking for an engaged customer service representative/transport coordinator for our operations in Värnamo. The role involves daily contact with customers and internal functions, where you are responsible for ensuring smooth handling of customer shipments from booking to pickup.

You will become a key link between customers, traffic control, and other parts of the business, where communication, structure, and flexibility are crucial for success.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Handle a large influx of incoming phone calls and emails.
• Register, administer, and follow up on customer cases.
• Ensure that cases are handled all the way until the shipment has been picked up by the customer.
• Build and develop a strong internal network with traffic and transport functions.
• Provide quick and professional service to customers and partners.
• Coordinate and communicate information between different parts of the organization.

We look for you to have:

• Good computer skills and are comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
• Are positive, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills.
• Have the ability to work in an occasionally demanding environment.

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience from the logistics or transport industry.
• Experience with administrative systems and business systems.
• Knowledge of international cargo handling.
• Experience with customs handling.

• Are you positive, engaged, and willing to work?
• Have great patience and can handle challenging situations in a constructive way.
• Are flexible and can quickly adapt to changed circumstances.
• Have the ability to create structure even when the pace is high.
• Can you speak and write Swedish and English?
