ISS Facility Services is looking for a Caretaker/Service Host for a client in Lundby

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and enjoys being where the action is. You are the person who naturally connects with people, spreads positive energy, and ensures that both the environment and the experience maintain a high standard – every day. In this role, you combine the practical responsibilities of a caretaker with the social and welcoming role of a Service Host. You will become an important part of daily life in a dynamic corporate environment within Volvo, where many people, visitors, and colleagues move around daily. Therefore, we are looking for not just someone who is handy – but above all, a personality. A social and driven person who likes to take responsibility, build relationships, and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

About the role

You are a visible and present person in the building, working to create a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for both employees and visitors. The tasks are varied and may include among other things:

• Being the face of the building and greeting people with a high level of service
• Assisting visitors, employees, and suppliers in their daily routines
• Ensuring that the premises are pleasant, functional, and presentable
• Handling minor repairs and practical tasks
• Following up on fault reports and solving problems proactively
• Helping with furniture arrangements, internal activities, and service initiatives
• Conducting daily inspections of the building and taking ownership of the overall experience
