We are looking for a Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Electrician with a burning passion for cars and technology. The position starts after the summer.

The role involves vehicle construction and new installation of electrical systems. You will be part of the customer's workshop team, ensuring high quality, operational reliability, and satisfied customers.

• Perform installation and adaptation of electrical components such as control systems, sensors, lighting, batteries, and charging systems, as well as connecting accessories.
• Program and update vehicle control systems, perform software updates, and use diagnostic equipment and measuring instruments to verify functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance, check wiring, connectors, and fuses, and document actions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with mechanics, assemblers, and planners to ensure efficient workflow and delivery times, and contribute to problem-solving in complex cases.
• Follow routines for quality, environment, and safety, and maintain tools, measuring instruments, and the workplace.
• Participate in improvement work to increase efficiency, reduce rework, and raise the quality in the workshop.

• Vocational technical education or equivalent experience in vehicle electronics or vehicle electricity is an advantage.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes, as well as reading electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of battery and charging systems, electrical safety, and relevant regulations.
• Good ability to document performed work and communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing for internal communication and documentation.

You are meticulous, problem-solving, and practical. You thrive in a workshop environment, take responsibility for quality and safety, and work both independently and in a team. You are service-oriented and actively contribute to improvements in work processes.

The position is full-time and located during daytime hours at our client's site. The employment initially starts as a contract position, with good prospects for permanent employment with the client. We conduct ongoing selection and interviews, so please send your application as soon as possible.
