Welcome to Holmsjö School

Holmsjö School is located just north of Karlskrona, surrounded by beautiful nature. We are a smaller school where everyone knows each other, which creates a strong sense of security and cohesion. Our school is newly renovated and modern, with excellent conditions for an inspiring learning environment. The after-school center's premises are nicely located with a view of the back of the school, and we essentially manage a whole floor ourselves. Job Responsibilities

As an after-school teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the activities in the after-school center in accordance with the curriculum. You should keep track of the students' schedules and feel confident in your contact with guardians. You contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and stimulating environment where the students' learning, creativity, and social development are at the center.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for after-school programs, and possibly have some qualification in art, sports, or music. We want you to be receptive, flexible, and have good cooperation skills. You see the importance of predictability for the students in your planning, clear lesson structure, and varied working methods. You are passionate about building professional relationships and can communicate well with students, guardians, and school staff. You see opportunities, not obstacles. Great importance will be attached to your personal suitability.
