Lantmännen Biorefineries in Lidköping is currently building a new facility for the production of plant-based protein from peas and beans. We are therefore looking for new colleagues to help produce sustainable products – from farm to fork. Hires will take place continuously throughout 2026.

What you will do

As an Operations Operator in Lidköping, you will work in production, where we currently produce ethanol, gluten, and soon also pea protein isolate.

You are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the operation of our process systems, ensuring product quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient workflow. The work is performed in shifts, meaning varying working hours with clear structure and good planning. The role also involves collaboration with maintenance and technical support, where you together create stability and improvements in our production processes. The different process steps include dehulling & milling, wet separation, fermentation, and drying (via flash/ring/spray drying).

It is important to us that you contribute to maintaining a high hygiene standard and follow established procedures to produce a safe food product. You are also encouraged to come up with ideas on how we can together improve the work environment, safety, and methods in our daily work.

The position is located in Lidköping, and the working hours are continuous 3-shifts. You are part of a shift team and report to the Operations Manager in Lidköping.

You have:

• A high school education with a focus on technology, industry, or process, or previous experience from working in process or manufacturing industry, preferably within the food or chemical sector
• The ability to absorb information in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• The possibility and preferably previous experience of working in shifts

You are:

• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented, with an eye for quality and safety
• A team player who thrives in contributing to a good atmosphere within the team
• Relationship-building, receptive, and communicative
