WORKPLACE HAGFORS MUNICIPALITY

As a district nurse/registered nurse, you are part of the Individual and Care Department's organization. Currently, we are looking for a registered nurse to work evening and night shifts within Hagfors Municipality's Individual and Care services. The shifts are scheduled on our basic roster, currently set for evenings/nights with on-call duty between 01:55–07:00 every other night and two weekends every six weeks.

The work of the Individual and Care Department is based on a shared value foundation where the individual should feel safe and find meaning, the interventions should be of good quality, and the individual should receive good treatment.

DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with further education in primary healthcare or elderly care. You have personal suitability for providing care, good judgment, are flexible in thought and action, are receptive, have good collaboration skills, actively contribute to moving the operations forward, and are engaged in your own professional development. Driver's license category B.

The registered nurse leads the care work together with the unit manager, mentors, and trains basic staff. Together in the team, we work to provide the individual with good, safe, and secure care and support. The registered nurse drives necessary development work together with the Municipal Public Health Nurse (MAS). Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
