Your Workplace

Women's Health offers both outpatient and inpatient care within obstetrics, gynecology, and internal medicine. We strive for close collaboration within the clinic, and many of our employees rotate between wards and clinics to promote competence development and a holistic perspective.

On Ward 14 (Gynecology/Medicine), we care for women who have undergone gynecological surgeries, suffer from bleeding, pregnancy-related nausea, or cancer. We also care for patients with internal medical diagnoses, both women and men. The ward consists of two units: Gynecology/Medicine and Maternity, and several employees work in both. We collaborate closely with the Gynecological Oncology Clinic and the Medical Clinic. Together, we work to provide our patients with safe, secure, and person-centered care.

We are currently looking for three nurses for temporary positions lasting until December 31, 2027.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse on the gynecological/medical ward, you lead the daily work and are responsible for the patient's care needs. You work with medication management, sample collection, ward rounds, and documentation. In your interaction with the patient, you play a crucial role and are a central part of the multidisciplinary team.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You are flexible and can quickly adapt to new situations while maintaining focus and structure in your work. You thrive in collaboration with others and actively contribute to a good work climate. Your ability to see the big picture in patient care allows you to make well-founded decisions and prioritize correctly. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in improvement work and want to develop our operations together with us. Previous experience within gynecology, internal medicine, surgery, or oncology is an advantage.
