We are now looking for an experienced Service Advisor who wants to help develop our workshop in Umeå together with us.

About the role
As a Service Advisor at Niemi Bil in Umeå, you work closely with customers, technicians, and our sales facilities. Here, we work with the cars we purchase and sell from our various locations across the country. You help customers book the right service, follow up on jobs, handle administration, and ensure that every customer receives a secure, clear, and professional reception.
You will also play an important role in planning, structure, and flow in the workshop. This means you need to be able to juggle multiple things at once, prioritize correctly, and contribute to giving both customers and colleagues the best possible conditions.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build something long-term. The workshop in Umeå has great development opportunities, and the right person will have the chance to influence working methods, routines, and the customer experience moving forward.
Who are you?
We believe you have experience from the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor, customer receptionist, or in a similar role close to the workshop and customers. You are confident in customer dialogue, even when the pace is high or the situation requires extra clarity and calm.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and meticulous. You have energy, drive, and a desire to always make things a little better. You like order and structure, but also have the ability to quickly adapt when the day changes.
You thrive in a smaller organization where you get to take space, contribute ideas, and be an important part of the team.
We would like you to identify with the following:
- Experience from the automotive industry, preferably from a workshop environment
- Confident and professional in customer contact
- Accustomed to planning, prioritizing, and keeping many parts together simultaneously
- Responsible and self-initiating
- Solution-oriented, meticulous, and communicative
- Motivated by creating good customer experiences and efficient flows
- Wants to help develop the business forward
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience within the automotive industry is requested. Preferably as a Service Advisor.
- Experience as a Service Advisor, customer receptionist, or similar role is meritorious
- Vocational training in vehicle technology is meritorious

The position is full-time with an initial probation period of 6 months. Start date is by agreement.
