Slättagårdsskolan is located in Kallinge and will have approximately 250 students in the operation this autumn, covering preschool class, grades 1-3, and after-school care (fritidshem).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in after-school care (fritidshem) with us, you will have a key role in creating a meaningful, developmental, and secure after-school activity for our students. Together with engaged colleagues, you will plan and conduct teaching based on the curriculum and regulatory documents, always with the student's learning and well-being in focus.

Together, you are responsible for creating a educational, meaningful, and secure environment for our students in the after-school care. We strive for collegial learning within our different professions, of which you will be a part. You will also be involved in our overarching school development processes.

Together with other colleagues, you should have the school's value base and view of knowledge in focus. Active work with values is a matter of course for you. You have drive and contribute to the quality work of the after-school care.

In your role, you are involved in creating a secure foundation for our students. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning. You should be well acquainted with the school's regulatory documents and familiar with its documentation requirements. A part of the position is scheduled during school hours, which implies collaboration with teaching teachers in the lower primary school.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a teacher's license with eligibility for after-school care (fritidshem). Another person who holds a pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent may be considered, but then for a fixed-term appointment.

You should be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, students, guardians, and other professions you encounter in your work.

You have good knowledge of and experience working based on the primary school's regulatory documents and documentation requirements.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-03 or according to agreement.
