About the company Begoma is a family-owned logistics company offering international transport services by truck, rail, air, sea, and container. Begoma is one of Sweden's largest privately owned logistics companies with over 70 employees across eight offices in six countries, handling approximately 50,000 transport assignments per year.

Job Responsibilities As a Freight Broker, you buy and sell quick transports within and through Europe. You are part of a team where you work together towards common goals. Customers send inquiries where you solve their transport needs via a built-up network of transport companies. You have free negotiation room in your deals where you independently control pricing with a focus on creating the most profitable business possible. The pace of work is high, and your main tools in the job are the phone and email.
You are introduced to the role by sitting in on Begoma's various transport groups to gain a holistic understanding of the company and the industry. Afterward, your workload will gradually increase in consultation with your team, where you support each other in daily work.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Experience from the logistics industry and transport brokerage is meritorious, but not an absolute requirement.
- A couple of years of work experience in sales, preferably outbound sales.
- Experience in product or service sales.
- Comfortable using the phone and email as tools in your sales.
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have very good knowledge of English.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
