Hansåkerskolan is located in the heart of Stugun society. Approximately 215 students from grades Pre-K to 9 attend the school. Approximately 30 teachers and support staff work at the school. The school is organized into three work teams: Leisure Time, Pre-K to 6, and 7 to 9.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a substitute school counselor for Hansåkerskolan. The school is characterized by security, job satisfaction, and a strong commitment to making a difference. As a school counselor with us, you contribute your psychosocial competence in matters concerning resource utilization, organizational development, and change work. You have a central role in student health and are part of the school's student health team. Our psychosocial team works intensively with health-promoting and preventive measures and operates based on a well-established annual calendar. Promoting attendance is central.

In your work, you support the school's staff through consultation on social and psychosocial issues and contribute your competence at the organizational, group, and individual levels. The assignment involves close collaboration with the principal, and you work in a health-promoting, preventive, and supportive manner to create the best possible conditions for the students' well-being and development. As a school counselor, you offer support conversations to individual students and collaborate with their guardians. Your task is to, with a holistic view, create change and develop good environments that strengthen children's and young people's opportunities to reach their goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a Bachelor of Social Work degree and several years of experience working with children and young people. It is meritorious if you have experience working as a school counselor. The position requires that you have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, and you should have good knowledge of the Office package and Prorenata.

We are looking for you who have a clear understanding of your own role and act with the best interests of the entire operation in mind. You are skilled at creating good relationships and possess good collaboration skills, which enables you to work effectively together with colleagues, students, and other actors.
