Summer jobs within care and social services

Job Responsibilities

Your task with us will be to meet our elderly residents who need help and support in their daily lives, providing personal care and assistance to our clients. Your work will be to be there for someone who needs you, to facilitate and enable things in everyday life that many of us take for granted. Your contribution may also include delegated tasks and HSL assignments from licensed personnel, such as wound care and medication administration. Documentation is part of your assignment.

The workplaces within the elderly care services are located centrally and in outer areas, involving work during days, evenings, weekends, and nights depending on your placement.

Qualifications

As a person, you are engaged in your work and sensitive to the client's care needs. You are flexible and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and teamwork skills.

• A driver's license is required in several of our operations.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Good digital IT skills.

Experience from work within care and social services is an advantage.
