The goal of Hammargården is to create security, well-being, and trust by being a support in everyday life and being available around the clock. Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant, your basic tasks are to plan and carry out care work based on the needs of our users. The users' needs are always at the center, and we work with a rehabilitative approach. This means that those living with us should receive help to maintain their abilities as much as possible.

In daily work, you provide users with social content in their everyday lives. The job also includes delegated health and medical care tasks as well as documentation according to SOL (Social Services Act).

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have/are:

• Trained care assistant (undersköterska).
• Experience working in elderly care.
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Good computer skills.

We are primarily looking for you who show a genuine interest in working in elderly care and who want to develop the work with continuous improvements. Furthermore, you have the ability to take initiative, are flexible and loyal, and serve as a good role model for your colleagues. Your positive attitude and solution-focused mindset make you an appreciated colleague both internally and in work together with other professions. You are service-oriented with a professional attitude where you have the client's needs in focus.
