Here, a skilled group of general medicine specialists works together with specialty trainees (ST-doctors) and newly graduated doctors (AT-doctors). We have a wonderful sense of camaraderie and are never far from laughter over morning coffee and at lunch. We are looking for you who are passionate about general medicine and view the breadth of the specialty with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Brommaplan Health Centre is centrally located in West Stockholm, with the subway as your nearest neighbor and excellent cycling paths leading into the city and to other nearby suburbs. We are a large health centre with approximately 19,500 registered patients who visit us for acute conditions as well as scheduled appointments. We have the opportunity to see patients both in person and via video. At the health centre, a large psychosocial team works with individual and group therapy, and the centre has an extended mandate for children and young people. The team also includes our experienced rehab coordinator, who is a great support in the doctors' work. At the health centre, there is a stable group of district nurses who, among other things, staff the diabetes clinic, the asthma-COPD clinic, and handle wound dressing changes. Every day, a specialist doctor is available for advice and support to colleagues, which provides a particularly good opportunity for support at the beginning of your employment with us.
As a doctor with us, you have the opportunity to follow your patients through life. You will see patients seeking care for acute complaints as well as for scheduled times. In the booking system, there are times each week that you book yourself to be able to follow up on the patients you see. Each week, time is set aside for supervision followed by administrative time. We value that you get a stable and secure start in your working life and adapt the booking system to your needs. You can read more about us at Brommaplan Health Centre.
