We are looking for a licensed dietitian for our dietitian team!

Järfälla Rehab is part of Rehab Nordväst, which offers primary care rehabilitation in the municipalities of Solna, Sundbyberg, Järfälla, Upplands Bro, and Märsta/Sigtuna under the auspices of Region Stockholm. We have five clinics with approximately 130 employees consisting of occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, counselors, chiropractors, speech therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and nursing assistants.

In Järfälla, we are a group of 35 employees. The workplace is located in pleasant premises at Jakobsberg Hospital, about 15 minutes from Stockholm Odenplan. We are now looking for You who want to work in our group with 5 dietitians!

Job Responsibilities:

At Järfälla Rehab, the dietitian is an important part of the rehabilitation of our patients. You will work with patients who have lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, overweight, as well as gastrointestinal diseases, malnutrition, and allergies/intolerances. The work involves assessment, treatment, and counseling both at the clinic and during home visits within home rehabilitation. You will work closely with experienced dietitians with broad competence. Teamwork occurs in home rehabilitation and when leading groups together with other professions. The groups are focused on diagnoses such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, lifestyle school, and IBS school. The work also includes supervising students. You will also collaborate with relatives, home care services, and other healthcare providers regarding your patients.

Qualifications:

Licensed dietitian, preferably with experience from primary care, home rehabilitation, or inpatient care. It is positive if you have experience documenting in the medical record system Take Care.

You are confident in your profession with a good ability to work independently and are good at collaborating with other professions. You are interested in participating in driving development and improvement work.

A B-driving license is required.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are communicative and have a good ability to independently and flexibly plan your work. You work towards an economic goal and see it as a positive challenge to structure your work according to the requirements placed.

Since we work in patients' homes, you must be able to cope with environments with pets/fur-bearing animals and not be sensitive to smoke odor.

Employment type:

Permanent position, full-time. Probationary employment may apply. Start date by agreement.
