We are now looking for a physiotherapist for a permanent position at our clinic Kista Rehab. The role may involve both clinic work and work within our home rehabilitation team.

When you become our colleague, you will join a team of over 20 people working at Kista Rehab in fresh premises located in the heart of Kista Galleria. Our staff in Kista consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and a chiropractor.

Kista Rehab is part of Rehab Västra, an independent results unit within Stockholm County Council (SLSO), tasked with providing primary care rehabilitation and additional assignments for the neuro team in outpatient care. Job Description:

As a physiotherapist in primary care rehabilitation, you will meet patients of all ages and from various cultural backgrounds. The patients have a wide variety of diseases, injuries, and disabilities, requiring a broad range of competencies.

You work independently, but the rehabilitation process takes place in close collaboration with other professions. The duties include assessment and treatment individually and in groups.

You enjoy working in a team and find it easy to collaborate across professional boundaries.

At the clinic, we also work with work capacity assessments, dementia investigations, patient education, and have close cooperation with the health center. There are great opportunities to combine the position with special assignments within the operations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Experience in primary care is considered highly meritorious and/or further education at the university level
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Employment Type:

Permanent position. Full-time 40 hours/week with flexible working hours. Probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.

In patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council:

- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.

- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.

- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply as guidance for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
