We are looking for an ST (Specialist Training) doctor to join our wonderful team at Råsunda Health Centre.

Our ambition is to provide high-quality care with a focus on patient safety and quality. We are looking for you who want to join our team here in Råsunda and take on the role of medically responsible physician.

At Råsunda Health Centre, we have four district doctors, one of whom is responsible for home care. We have four ST doctors and 1-2 temporary substitute doctors. Periodically, we also have AT (Internship) doctors. We have a home care team with currently around 50 registered patients. The atmosphere in the staff group is good and collegial.

Råsunda Health Centre has around 9,000 registered patients. We have a relatively large proportion of elderly patients who have lived in Råsunda for many years, but also a younger, more recently relocated, and often well-educated population. Our ambition is to offer the inhabitants good care at a high medical level with a focus on patient safety and quality. Råsunda Health Centre is a primary care unit within the Stockholm County Council's healthcare area (SLSO). Job Description:

The work involves all common tasks for an ST doctor at a health centre.

As an ST doctor with us, you will work with, among other things, emergency and scheduled patient consultations, with the broad general practitioner role as a base. The work is varied and independent, where you will meet patients of all ages.

You will become part of our well-functioning doctor team consisting of general specialists, ST doctors, and licensed doctors. With us, you receive quality-reviewed specialist training. Your ST planning takes place in collaboration between you, supervisor, manager, and study director. The ST doctors receive continuous supervision from experienced specialists in general medicine.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a licensed doctor and have the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Experience in primary care and familiarity with the medical record system Take Care is requested.

Employment Type:

Permanent full-time position. Working hours Monday–Friday. Start date according to agreement. Probationary period may apply.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.

In patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

  • A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
  • Requires, in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirement is indicative for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
