As a family therapist in Eslöv Municipality, you work closely with children, young people, and their families in need of support and change. You meet families both in their home environment and in our facilities, focusing on relationships, security, and development.

The responsibilities include among other things:

• Working therapeutically and supportively with children, young people, and their parents
• Conducting structured conversations, interventions, and follow-ups
• Strengthening parental skills and communication within the family
• Collaborating with schools and other key actors
• Documenting and following up on interventions according to current guidelines

You will become an important part of a context where you do not stand alone – but work together with competent and engaged colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a social worker or has another education that the employer deems equivalent
• Has experience working with children and families (considered meritorious)
• Has a B-driver's license for a manual transmission car
• Works in a structured and methodical manner with high quality, good planning skills, and a focus on results
• Adapts quickly to new conditions and handles changes with flexibility and a positive attitude
• Is diplomatic and consensus-seeking, with the ability to build trust, create consensus, and handle different perspectives
